We want you to be completely mesmerized by your MOVA Globe, but if it is not the perfect fit for your home, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your MOVA Globe in its original internal foam and box to prevent any damage to the internal motion mechanism during transit.
Shipping Labels
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the globe's functionality and condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
